Wheelchairs: Wheelchairs are devices that allow people to sit and be transported while being pushed by another person or self-propelled. They have a seat and backrest, and are propelled by hand or foot.
Scooters: Scooters are devices that allow people to sit and be transported while being propelled by an electric motor. They have a seat and handlebars, and are operated using a joystick or other controls.
